Electricity is charged at 7 THB per unit. With reasonable usage, the average cost is around 150 THB per day. Payment can be made in cash at check-out or via Airbnb transfer.

A smart TV with an open Netflix account is available in the living room.

Two bottles of water are provided in the fridge upon arrival.

Cleaning is included once per week, with fresh towels and bed linen provided.
